Description
Compilation of tender documentation- Support to the Business Development team with pretender requirements/ deliverables
- Review of Invitation to Tender requirements/ deliverables
- Document control within the Bid process
- Formatting of documents to a high standard of presentation
- Production of graphics including organisation charts, tables and flow diagrams
- Updating of the enquiries database
- Support to the monitoring of bid budgets using the accounting system
- Maintaining departmental shared document drives and bid library information
- Using Strategix software to support the accounting system Administrative tasks including:
- Arrangement of meetings/ calendars
- Minute taking/ Action tracking
- Log internal and external correspondence
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, labelling shredding and filing Benefits include;
