Harrowby Lodge is a 25 bed family owned and managed care home situated close to Grantham town centre in a select residential area.

The home was originally a gracious Victorian family home which over the years has been tastefully extended to provide a homely,family atmosphere for our residents.


Harrowby Lodge was established in 1987, during that time we have acquired a dedicated team of staff, many of whom have been with us for over ten years.

We have been fortunate in never having to use agency staff, which is a real benefit to our residents.

Harrowby Lodge currently have the following vacancies:

  • Post 1 -
    NIGHT DUTY CARERHours
  • 8:45pm until 7:15am 2 nights a week (will involve some weekend work)
  • Post 2
    EVENING CARER 4:30pm until 9:00pm over 4 days (will involve some weekend work)
  • Post 4
    ACTIVITY CO-ORDINATOR 10:00am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Post to include planning daily activities to suit the needs of the residents
Fundraising events and integration within the community
