You will be a great fit if you:
You have good knowledge of up to date export and customs regulations

You have previous experience of export ideally within the automotive sector, perhaps in manufacturing, commercial vehicles, parts or maintenance.

You have a good level of analytical computer system skills.

You have previous successes in dealing with external shipping companies.

You have a confident persona and enjoy supplier interactions

Overview of Duties:

Liaising with current Export customer base regarding orders and shipments.

Managing customer accounts and organising shipping quotes

Arranging/coordinating shipments with transport providers and ensuring customers' orders are delivered and received in a timely and professional manner.

Completing all Export documentation correctly to comply with export requirements.

Communication with other departments, Purchasing/Warehouse with regards to customer's

Operating the in house system to expedite orders
