If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our Jaguar Land Rover Prep and Aftersales Centre in Swanley is looking to recruit a new Site Coordinator.

About the position

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

A large part of the Site Coordinator position involves:

To support the Jaguar & Land Rover Centre by carrying out site vehicle logistics and preparation administration ensuring that high standards of quality and satisfaction for internal and external customers are maintained at all times.
Report to both Sales and Aftersales management with regard to organising both on site and off site vehicle movements as required for the smooth running of the operation.
To conduct accurate and timely appraisals of all retail vehicles taken into stock and the arrangement of required work
To liaise with Workshop Controller, Service Manager and Service Advisors to prioritise work for sales and customer vehicles and to prioritise order of preparation jobs going through the workshop.
To give direction and prioritise workload for centre C&D and site drivers both internal and external (agency).
To give direction and prioritise workload for car valeters.
To give direction and prioritise workload for external sub

- contractors i.e. Smart repair /dent repair / windscreens etc.

Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to work
To control the movement and security of all vehicles on site
To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles

Full driving licence.
