The role:


We are looking for a Case Coordinator to join our Service Excellence team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a complex and strategic legal matter for the firm.

The main purpose of the role is to manage and take full ownership of the invoice and disbursement process and the reporting required.

The Case Coordinator will work closely with the Legal Team, Finance Team and the Legal Project Manager (LPM) to ensure successful delivery of this matter.


What will you do:


  • Management of disbursement inbox receive and collate large volumes of invoices from multiple suppliers, including chambers, recruitment agencies and courts.
  • Key communication with suppliers and internal S+S teams
  • Review invoices and update disbursement log in line with client instructions
  • Reconcile invoices against internal S+S data collected
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Track all invoices received have been posted and paid by Accounts Payable
  • Action all invoice approvals through Chrome River
  • Compile information for inclusion in reports
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the monthly disbursement process to S+S teams
  • Support and provide updates to the LPM and LPC

  • Ability to advise on system functionality and transactions
  • Ability to make appropriate decisions after having analysed the situation and considered the consequences
