An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified senior theatre practitioner, Day Surgery or Endoscopy Nurse to move into the next stage of their surgical career.

This is an opportunity to lead and manage both our ophthalmology team and Day Surgery team, whilst taking on the challenge of an ever changing service, role modelling high standards of care, excellent leadership and communication skills.

The role sits as a stand alone Team Leader in Andover supporting the Matron to provide a high quality patient experience whilst optimising theatre and endoscopy capacity and utilisation.
