An exciting EA role has opened at a great finance company supporting the under-writing team, this is a large role where no 2 days are the same.
This is the perfect role for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Managing CRM
- Organisation of meetings and travel
- Utilising Microsoft Office Suite to carry out duties
- Updating CRM database
- Marketing, strategy and helping with procedures and processes
- Supporting team with Business Development
- Dealing with incoming correspondence
- Supporting and liaising with other colleagues when necessary
- Ad hoc administrative tasks from the team
REQUIREMENTS:
A very busy and meaty EA role where you will be supporting 5 individuals within a really friendly team.
- Other requirements include:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Great organisational and diary management skills
- Experience using CRM database
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to exercise initiative
