Description

An exciting EA role has opened at a great finance company supporting the under-writing team, this is a large role where no 2 days are the same.

This is the perfect role for an experienced PA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

Diary management
Managing CRM
Organisation of meetings and travel
Utilising Microsoft Office Suite to carry out duties
Updating CRM database
Marketing, strategy and helping with procedures and processes
Supporting team with Business Development
Dealing with incoming correspondence
Supporting and liaising with other colleagues when necessary
Ad hoc administrative tasks from the team

REQUIREMENTS:

A very busy and meaty EA role where you will be supporting 5 individuals within a really friendly team.

Other requirements include:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Great organisational and diary management skills
Experience using CRM database
Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
Ability to exercise initiative
