The Operations Specialist will be the go-to resource for any end user support of Zendesk-related matters, both internally and for our outsourcing partners.

They will monitor how effectively Zendesk is utilized, intervening at an early stage when automations and general practices produce undesired outcomes - both from a Customer Experience and internal performance perspective.


They will closely assist the Operational Managers with developing and enhancing existing CI tools and systems, as well as identifying and qualifying any need for new additions.

As an expert in the collection and structuring of CI data, the Ops Specialist will also offer valuable contributions to the Workforce, Planning and Analytics function with CI.


In your role, you will:


User support, maintenance and development of Zendesk

  • Provide technical support when a Zendesk flow is working outside of it's expected parameters
  • Manage and implement macros as and when required by other CI pillars
  • Keeping up to date with new features and releases & how they can be implemented to benefit CI
  • Support is feature developments
  • Document and implement changes

Other operational support, maintenance and development

  • Support and development of the usage of other tools used within the CI space,
  • Where applicable, gather data and assist with reporting via Zendesk or other tools
  • Creating and maintaining system/tool change log's
  • On
- and offboarding, general IT issues related to tools & systems

  • Support and maintain 3rd party tools

We are looking for people with:

  • Extensive experience in working with Zendesk as a support agent
  • Experience in process design or implementation is ideal
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A customer centric mindset

We are:

We are a small Operations team within a much larger Content Integrity department. Our team is predominantly based in London with some colleagues in Lithuania.

No problem is big or small in our team. We like to roll our sleeves up collectively and work together on projects.
