Description

The ability to communicate (verbally and written) factual information on a regular basis with the patient, their relatives/carers, the multidisciplinary team and external agencies involved with the provision of care.

There is an ongoing need to utilise tact diplomacy and persuasive skills. The ability to demonstrate kindness, courtesy, empathy and listening skills to patients and carers. This will be undertaken in an open, friendly and cooperative manner to provide optimal patient care.

The hours for this post are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
