Come and join us We currently have an exciting opportunity for
2 x Factory Trainers
to join our team in Willand, Devon.

The hours of work are
: 5:30am 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) with an earlier finish of 13:30 on Tuesdays:
The rate of pay is
: £12.25 per hour

Main Responsibilities
We are looking for
2 x Factory Trainers to join the production team on site.

Your main job will be to provide training for our employees on the production line, ensuring they have the relevant skills.

Other duties include:

Creating training documents/work and instructions
Delivery of classroom and factoryfloor based training
Maintaining training records and matrices
Excellent attention to detail
Good computer and literacy skills
Excellent written and verbal English is essential

Previous experience with a training provider or within a technical role in operations would be advantageous.
