A sought-after US firm are looking for a Private Funds Lawyer to join their private equity team in their London office.

Private Funds Lawyer's Role

The successful Private Funds Lawyer will work with a varied range of clients, advising on all matters regarding the formation and operation of private investment funds and co-investment.

The Private Funds Lawyer will work with and advise clients from a range of sectors including venture capital, real estate and private equity.

The Private Funds Lawyer

Qualified solicitor in England Wales or similar jurisdiction
Strong track record of working in private funds
Experience of highvalue transactional support
Excellent academic track record
Experience in an international law firm is desirable but not essential
