This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to learn new skills and become fully trained as a Showroom Assistant, no experience is necessary, but you would need to feel comfortable dealing with the public and using basic computer software.

WORKINNG HOURS

  • Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm
  • Friday 10am to 5pm
  • Occasional Saturdays to cover holidays 10am 5pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are required to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations, both legislatively mandated and as outlined in our company policy

Communicating with visitors, keeping track of documentation and schedules, and performing other ad hoc tasks (if needed)

Communicate confidently to new clients about our product information, assist with appointments.

To support the sales team where required and assist with all visual aspects of the showroom

Prepare a variety of written materials

Processing Quotations on a Industry Specific software.

Keep the showroom space tidy and organised

Ensure the smooth running of the showroom on a daily basis

Perform any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the showroom and company.


REQUIRED SKILLS
Reliable and motivated

Friendly with a good telephone manner and customer focused

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Time management

Good computer skills


Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Showroom sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
