My client is ranked inside the top 40 of the great Place to work accreditation, they are going through a growth phase and are now seeking a strategically focused HR Partner.


You'll be an
experienced Partner, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and provide efficient, effective, and
innovative People Partnering services.

You will play a crucial part in developing, support and delivering the people plan for your business unit. As a People Partner you will operate within a true generalist capacity, responsible for most aspects of People.

My client is looking for a seasoned professional who is passionate and driven.

You will have had experience closely partnering a business unit and working more strategically with your leaders in terms of people plans and interventions and ideally have a diverse sector background.

Importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate leading on HR transformation/ Change.


We are looking for a HR 'disrupter', an individual who asks why and adds value by reducing the noise around HR policies and practices.

You will be proactive, enjoy coaching and credible, leading by example.

You will be able to cite examples of when 'your' actions delivered a more fluid HR service and the impact this had, importantly you will be skilled in managing change in an established business.


Ideally you will be a CIPD Level 7 HR Professional (or Level 5 studying towards Level 7) with a proven track record in providing excellent Partner services to stakeholders of all levels.

As a real people person, with proven ability to build great working relationships, it won't take you long to get under the skin of your business unit, understanding the challenges faced, and understanding how you can support in the deliverables of key people objectives.

You will be able to create an environment where effective credibility and community is achieved.

This is a hybrid role, with great benefits and offers the opportunity to really make an impact. Paying up to 45K, depending on skills and experience.
