Description

The role is fully office based.

Duties to include

  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Bank and Company Card reconciliations
  • Monthly invoicing and receiving payments
  • Produce supplier purchase orders, receive and process the subsequent invoices
  • Review and approve expense claims
  • Prepare the monthly BACS payments for approval
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance role.
  • Bookkeeping qualification is preferred.
  • Working experience of QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience of MS Office Suite, SharePoint and ideally, CRM systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a willingness to lean in to support others when necessary.
