Bookkeeper - Poole, United Kingdom - Bond Williams
Description
The role is fully office based.
Duties to include
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Bank and Company Card reconciliations
- Monthly invoicing and receiving payments
- Produce supplier purchase orders, receive and process the subsequent invoices
- Review and approve expense claims
- Prepare the monthly BACS payments for approval
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a finance role.
- Bookkeeping qualification is preferred.
- Working experience of QuickBooks Online.
- Experience of MS Office Suite, SharePoint and ideally, CRM systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a willingness to lean in to support others when necessary.
