If you are looking for a fast paced, work hard-play hard environment then this is definitely the role for you The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be working in Liverpool, you will be kept busy with the ledger.

This role is full tme permanent position with opportunity for AAT study support. Good excel skills needed. (vlook up/pivots)

The Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include:

  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Variances
  • Nominal coding
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Supplier queries
  • Petty cash

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk MUST:

  • Have an Accounts Payable background
  • Quickbooks experience (desirable)
  • Able to work independently as well as alongside a team
  • Able to work towards month end deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and deal with queries
  • Want to assist with improving process
