This role is full tme permanent position with opportunity for AAT study support. Good excel skills needed. (vlook up/pivots)The Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include:
- Processing high volume invoices
- Reconciling accounts
- Variances
- Nominal coding
- Statement reconciliation
- Supplier queries
- Petty cash
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk MUST:
- Have an Accounts Payable background
- Quickbooks experience (desirable)
- Able to work independently as well as alongside a team
- Able to work towards month end deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and deal with queries
- Want to assist with improving process
