Business Analyst

We are seeking talented Business Analysts to join our new agile development teams and work with a Central Government customer.

In this role, you will work closely with the client to identify and evaluate opportunities for improving systems and operations.

You will use a range of techniques, including requirements management, process improvement, and functional analysis, to define and support the implementation of effective solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Lead client engagement and take ownership of one or more areas of work, including planning, identifying risks, and providing regular reports to the project manager
Plan and facilitate effective workshops
Investigate business requirements, problems, and opportunities to identify effective solutions through improvements in automated and nonautomated processes
Identify potential benefits and options for consideration
Work with clients/users to define acceptance tests
Facilitate scoping and business prioritysetting for change initiatives
Elicit and analyse requirements, obtaining formal agreement from stakeholders and establishing a baseline for delivery
Assess, analyse, develop, document, and implement changes based on requests for change
