About The Role:
Main responsibilities:
- Working within a specified area to provide administrative support
- Launching orders and distributing the relevant documentation to key customers
- Communicating between internal and external departments across all sites to resolve any stock issues promptly to prevent delays in manufacturing and loading
- Ensuring all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing training and support to colleagues as required by your area manager
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management
About You:
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Warehouse experience (would be an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT knowledge, including use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of IFS system would be beneficial
