Applications are invited for the position Clerical Officer / Receptionist.

The post holder will primarily be the first point of contact for the general public, staff, patients, carers who require assistance.

A key part of the role is to provide administrative support to the Community Hospital with the successful applicant being based in Mold Community Hospital.


The post holder must have a helpful and pleasant manner with an enthusiasm to do their upmost in achieving a patient's expectations and requirements, making their clinical journey run as smooth as possible.

A flexible approach to this post is essential, as well as superb communications and ample computer skills.

The post holder may at times be required to work within different departments/sites to meet the demands of the service.

Welsh Language Skills need to be learned on appointment. Welsh and / or English speakers are welcome to apply
