A temporary opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator- Within Financial Services in in Mayfair
About Our Client:
An asset management firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- To greet, accommodate and record all visitors to the premises
- To receive and efficiently divert where required incoming telephone calls to the correct part of the business
- To arrange meeting room accommodation when requested
- Setup meeting rooms post client meetings
- To provide refreshments for visitors as and when required
- Provide administrative support to Senior Management and support staff when required
- Support the collation of client meeting packs, photo copying, archiving, data entry, etc.
- Manage both inbound and outboard mail for the office
- Manage the procurement of all office supplies including refreshments and weekly breakfast items to ensure smooth and seamless running of the office is maintained
- Support and where required lead the liaison between the office and any 3rd parties in respect to any maintenance or site visits required.
- Manage the process of coordinating sufficient cover for reception where you are on annual leave.
