A temporary opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator

  • Within Financial Services in in Mayfair

About Our Client:

An asset management firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To greet, accommodate and record all visitors to the premises
  • To receive and efficiently divert where required incoming telephone calls to the correct part of the business
  • To arrange meeting room accommodation when requested
  • Setup meeting rooms post client meetings
  • To provide refreshments for visitors as and when required
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Management and support staff when required
  • Support the collation of client meeting packs, photo copying, archiving, data entry, etc.
  • Manage both inbound and outboard mail for the office
  • Manage the procurement of all office supplies including refreshments and weekly breakfast items to ensure smooth and seamless running of the office is maintained
  • Support and where required lead the liaison between the office and any 3rd parties in respect to any maintenance or site visits required.
  • Manage the process of coordinating sufficient cover for reception where you are on annual leave.
