We are currently recruiting a Part Time Accompanied viewer/Routine Visit Assistant to work on a
part time flexible basis in Castleford.

Role involves:

Accompany the client around the property in line with Company guidelines.

Promote the benefits of the property.
Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers and faults within the property.
Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental propertie

You must be able to work Saturdays essential, with extra weekdays included according to business requirements

Driving Licence and own car is essential

£9.50 per hour plus expenses for business mileage
