Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

This position offers an opportunity to work in the financial services industry and utilize your analytical and communication skills.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,955.45 per year
