We are based at Trecarrel, Drump Road, Redruth however many of the team prefer to be working from home and we can usually accommodate your preference.

We are looking for a person with the following skills, attributes and experience:
Great customer care skills

Accurate word processing/typing/numeracy/data entry skills

Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively

This position will be focused supporting our core Clinical systems including PAS, Swiftplus, Oceano, eNotes, Patient Hub, eReferral Service etc.

It is an exciting time with the new Electronic Patient Record project out to procurement.

In 2023 we are hoping to start the new project with our Supplier and many of our older systems will be incorporated into this new EPR.

It will require us to evolve and adapt our working with the project and hence a flexible open approach is required.
