We are delighted to be working with one of our established and reputable clients with offices based in Horsham and London to recruit for a PA.

The PA role will provide effective HR and office administration support to the international part of the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO and the Chief of Staff.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in office management.

Key Responsibilities of the PA include the below:

  • HR Administration
  • Employment Contract & Compliance
  • KPIs and Dashboards: Produce regular reports on HR issues such as absence short and long term
  • Talent Acquisition: First point of contact for recruitment and job advertising
  • On boarding
  • ISO compliance awareness
  • Payroll & Pension admin
  • Maintain the organisational calendars e.g., a central calendar of organisational meetings, CEO schedule of meetings, ensuring time zones are correct for international meetings.
  • Produce presentations e.g., for induction purposes and maintain organisational structure charts at department and organisational level.

Other business administrative support and to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Hours:
Monday - Friday - On-site in London office - Hybrid flexibility
