An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the new role of Communications Delivery Officer helping to support the delivery of communications for Essex Police's Estates Change programme.


This role will work to the Senior Estates Change Communications Officer, supporting communications for our ambitious programme to modernise and refurbish the Essex Police estate, including the transformation of our iconic Chelmsford Headquarters.

The role will play a key part in supporting communication about our programme, not just to the people of Essex and our partners, but crucially to our workforce to ensure they are kept up to date with everything they need to know.


You will have excellent communication and presentational skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for plain English is essential and the ability to turn around crisp and lively copy.

This opportunity would suit an individual who is keen to progress within the world of strategic communications.

Office based Agile Worker - Office based agile working with designated team area. Works predominantly (60% or more) in one office space. The rest of the time works at home or at other police site locations.
