This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde's unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2023 award winning service.
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as a Checkout Coordinator working in our End of Tenancy team, this role will see you focus on turning around our busy private residential rental properties once a tenant has vacated.
You will work on end of tenancy reports and liaise with landlords and tenants about the security deposit return process.
You will be responsible for coordinating any cleaning or repair works required for properties and liaising with other Clyde Property offices who are marketing the property for re-let or sale.
Previous administrative experience is essential.Strong IT skills are a must.
Core hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
35 hours per week
Annual Salary:
£18,000 - £22,000 DOE
Flexibility is required to cover Saturday rotas and our office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
