Due to continuous growth, we have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team.


Finance Administrator - The Role:

To support the finance team by efficiently completing customer related administration tasks.

To ensure invoices and statements are sent out to our customers on time and to help facilitate the collection of cash from our customers.


Finance Administrator - Key Responsibilities:


  • Answer all incoming internal and external telephone calls.
  • Liaise with our customer services team for onstop customers.
  • Maintain contact information within our ERP System to ensure contact details are accurate.
  • Add customers to our electronic document sending function.
  • Raise Invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Setup customers for Direct Debit payments.
  • Contact customers to obtain credit/debit card payments.
  • Undertake specific debt chase tasks delegated by the Credit Controllers and Supervisor.
  • Support the finance team with reporting requests.
  • Administer customer portals.

Finance Administrator - Knowledge, Training, Experience, Technical and Personal Skills:


Required:


  • Previous experience in customer service or finance assistant role advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of information.
  • Well organised and selfdisciplined with the ability to work remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective and positive working relationships within and outside of the finance department.
  • Ability to be assertive when necessary.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and/or systems.
