MMP Consultancy currently has an opportunity for a Fire Door Inspector to join a Public Sector Housing organisation covering an area of South London.

The role is paying £250p/d Umbrella.

Fire Door Inspector

Salary:
£250p/d LTD (Inside IR35)

Client:
Public Sector Housing Provider

Contract:
Interim (Day rate - Inside IR35).

As a Fire Door Inspector, you will:

Undertaking visual inspections of Communal doors and slightly more detailed inspections of entrance doors / flat doors.
Report on the information for the fire door in line with current expectations.
Alter doors where possible / if required to ensure maximum efficiency.
Be able to identify that the frame specification is correct for the door's rating
Have a good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation.
Liaise with tenants well and represent the organisation.

Fire Door Inspection Qualification will be required.
