Office Assistant - Newport - Immediate start

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Office Assistant to join their team.

This is a temporary role on a month to month basis, office based, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.

What the Office Assistant will be doing
The ideal Office Assistant will be responsible for

Answering the phones on the front desk
Welcome contractors into the building and being that welcoming face for the company
Maintaining the work area is tidy and presentable
Plan people's diaries

Be a strong and professional communicator
Have a great appearance and great people skills
Be able to juggle tasks and have the ability to change plans effectively.
