An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Business Analyst to join a local governing body based in North London.

Working for this organisation you will be able to take full advantage of their flexible working with the need to come into the office twicea week.

As the Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for a team of 3 Business Analysts where you will be expected to drive high performance and standards.

It is vital to be a confident communicator who can deal with a wide range of senior stakeholders.

The Lead Business Analyst will be working on a number of Technology projects so a good understanding of a wide range of systems and servers is vital.

As part of the role you will have to gather requirements, run workshops and put together outcome specifications.

Skills/experience required for the Lead Business Analyst:

Experience as Lead Business Analyst
Team management exposure
Able to gather requirements and run workshops
Ability to work simultaneously over a range of different projects
