CRM Executive - London, United Kingdom - Ambition
Description
An international law firm is looking for a talented CRM Executive to join their talented team In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the firms CRM Database (Interaction), this will include effective development, maintenance, and training.
In this role you will be working closely with the wider team, partners, fee earners and the Internal Client Services team, to ensure effective usage of the system.
This is a full-time role, including agile and flexible working. The firm offers fantastic progression opportunities and lots of room to grow and develop in the role.System Administration:
Working with the firm's two CRM Systems Data Stewards to:
- Manage contact lists
- Control security access
- Merge duplicate contacts
- Monitor and resolve data change tickets
- Set up and configure new joiners or deactivate accounts for leavers
- Manage the process for onboarding users in InterAction IQ
Acts as an advocate for effective InterAction use:
- Is an active promoter of the system and its capabilities across the firm
- Supports the wider BD & Marketing team and is a point of contact for fee earners and the ICS team for InterAction queries
- Works collaboratively with the two CRM Systems Data Stewards
- Supports on the execution of BD/Relationship/Marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programmes
Training & support:
- Defines the training requirements for InterAction and produces supporting guidance notes
- Regularly attends training sessions to explain why it is important for the firm to use InterAction
You will have previous experience in a CRM role within a professional services environment and be looking to develop your career in an established CRM Systems Team.
- You will have system and data management experience, including administrator experience of InterAction
- You will have demonstrable experience of working in a professional services environment and ideally have experience of working with and partners and fee earners
