Date:
Up to 12-month Secondment (to cover a period of maternity leave)
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000
dependent on experience
The Role:
We are looking to fill this post with someone who enjoys speaking to people and working in a team in a fast-moving Financial Services environment for up to 12 months.
You will need you to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately, with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills.
You can develop your career in Human Resources and Recruitment with us as we expand our business here in the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- HR Administration, including onboarding new starters including the issue of new starters documents
- Accurately update and maintain internal databases and HR records
Essential skills:
- HR administration / recruitment experience (minimum 12 years)
- Excellent Communication both written and verbal
- Good IT Skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- To work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
Working Pattern hours per week based on Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
