Mitchell Stephenson is a Field Marketing agency based in Westerham Kent. Working with an array of high street brands providing National support with field merchandisers across the UK.

Calling on well known high street retailers, merchandising stock on fixture, taking audits, and overall making sure product is on shelf, appealing to customers ready to purchase.

Working and supporting the Account Team. Recruiting and covering holiday cover, sickness cover and new merchandisers wanting to join the team
Dealing with daily queries and issues as they arise from both clients and the field team when they are out in store.
Working alongside the recruitment department and assisting in recruiting staff to cover the work, assisting on making paperwork packs, cleansing the database, enrolling new staff.

The role is Monday - Friday with flexibility if required on timings.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
