About Us:


Parking Services post to answer customer telephone enquiries regarding Penalty Charge Notices and Parking Suspensions and manage the Parking mailbox.

The Role:

Working as part of a team of six, you'll be managing the Parking PCN telephone line,

Parking Suspensions telephone line and Parking mailbox.

About You:


However, this role is more than just customer care, you must work well as part of a team as you'll be working closely with your colleagues.

Working in a pressurised frontline Customer Services environment whilst maintaining high levels of motivation and attention to detail. You'll need to be a great problem solver with good listening skills.
