Your key responsibilities will be:

Perform customerfacing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reasons, including collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries.
Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the periods required.
Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required.
Keep internal stakeholders up to date on progress and objective completion.

To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:

You must be comfortable with driving automatic and manual cars from different brands
Strong interpersonal skills that will help you within the role to work with our customers
