What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Construction and Sales Team. This role typically reports to the Construction Secretary.


The purpose of this role is to provide and perform general administration and secretarial support using own initiative and self-motivation where necessary.


The role will include:


  • General administrative duties
  • Sending out cheques to customers
  • Sending out information to Site Managers
  • Answering telephone
  • Scanning, filing and printing
  • Ordering stationery, PPE and uniforms
  • Data input, running and distributing reports from our in house system

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within an office environment
  • Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to be well organised, selfmotivated with high attention to detail
