Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Financial Admin for our client based in Bilston on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The Financial Admin will join a hugely successful retail client based from their Distribution Centre based in Bilston.


The Financia Admin will support the planning, co-ordination, supervision and reporting of administrative elements of the Distribution Centre to include Transport, Warehouse and Establishment with particular emphasis placed on financial reporting and the interpretation of management information and KPI's.


Am I suitable for the role? The Financial Admin must:

  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Possess a financially biased qualification, for example AAT
  • Have 12 years' experience in a similar role
  • Be computer literate with excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis

What will I be doing? Duties of Financial Admin:

  • Support the completion of all assigned internal Distribution Centre Finance reporting requirements
  • Assist in the provision of financial and commercial information
  • Undertake day to day support of all aspects of the finance function
  • Produce budgets, forecasts and analysis of Distribution Centre cost and volume KPI's
  • Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting information on a weekly basis
  • Administer a meaningful interpretation of weekly and monthly financial reporting
  • Work within strict timescales
  • Execute trend analysis operational MIS and Flash Management information
  • Prepare wage data and address associated queries
  • Maintain the internal management information database
  • Prepare and develop KPI's
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining the financial accounts on a periodic basis
  • Ensure company policies are communicated, implemented and enforced where appropriate
  • Work effectively with other colleagues across the company
  • Administration and control of purchase order system and invoice control
  • Other ad hoc duties as delegated

Hours of work for a Financial Admin:
You will work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with hours of working to be clarified. This is an office-based role, based in Bilston, offering a 12 month fixed term contract.


Pay Rate for a Financial Admin:
The Financial Admin will be paid at a rate of £22,000.
