Location:
Liverpool (South)


Salary:
£21,786 - £23,100(depending on experience),plusbonus and benefits


Hours: 37.5 hours per week. StudentExperience Team Members work5 days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the StudentExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied.

Expect no two days to be the same


What you'll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

  • An excellent communicator; as a StudentExperience Team Member youll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • Youll also have great time management and organisational skills
