Description
Work day-to-day with existing clients, schools, and local education authorities to maintain and grow trusting relationships- Work with trainer on a weekly basis to keep effective notes for each Leader in Me School on training plans via the project management system
- Work as the back end Administrator within Leader in Me Online to keep schools and user profiles up to date, which includes creating new user profiles, deleting old profiles and updating schools' user profiles as and when clients require help
- Understand and effectively guide people through the Leader in Me Online platform to help our existing clients use and benefit from the platform
- Create and send out all invoicing to clients, including all Leader in Me and 7 Habits schools and organisations
- Financial management and invoice payment tracking
- Monthly financial reporting, including all invoicing and timesheets to Christina Lamprecht who leads payroll
- Receive and analyse monthly LiM Online report to create a monthly snapshot of schools LiM Online usage and report this to key stakeholders (see below).
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Sales to organise all 7 Habits courses including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, including room bookings, attendee management and postcourse administration including the generation of certificates for attendees
- Work with trainer Kirsty Gittins to generate ideas for all training webinars to create value for existing clients
- Liaise with Head of Sales and Marketing to keep each other informed of client status and relationships
- Book all travel and accommodation for trainer
- Support the alternative education division and the development of the youth club at Imber Court

£13.00-£14.00 per hour

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
