Are you speaking and seeking a new and exciting hybrid role in a reputable organisation?

Are you currently studying AAT?

Do you have experience in Accounts Payable?


REED Accountancy Oxfordshire have been exclusively approached to recruit on behalf of one of Oxfordshire's most renowned top employers, to recruit a Payments Specialist, on an a minimum of a 6 month temporary contract with potential for extension.


PAYMENTS SPECIALIST

  • Up to £25,500 per annum

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing scheduled payment runs
  • Resolving payments failures and returns
  • Running and resolving suspect duplicate reports
  • Carrying out fraud audits using 3rd party diagnostics where appropriate
  • Running and managing the "netting process"
  • Manging clearance of direct debits.
  • Maintaining employee deductions.

Person specification and experience:

  • Team player, good selforganisation and ability to plan ahead
  • AAT studier or qualified
  • Some experience in a Finance office
  • Excel spreadsheet skills and an understanding of how to use Microsoft programs
