Ideally, you will:

  • Have a strong understanding of finance, either from prior experience within finance or from a degree or other relevant studies.
  • Be a confident person, as you will be working on the phones quite a lot, which requires a strong phone manor.
  • Be a driven individual who is looking to learn and expand their finance skill set.
  • Be a hard working individual who still enjoys having a laugh with their colleagues, as our clients are looking for someone who is going to fit into this social, fun loving team.

In return, you will:

  • Get an opportunity to start working immediately and begin earning straight away.
  • Have the ongoing support from Mitchell Adam during your temporary placement to ensure you get the permanent position, as we will advocate for you receiving the right level of training.
  • Have the flexibility for hybrid working once you are passed the training stage of the role.
  • Receive onsite parking.
