Overview
Head of Change Management - £75,000 - Remote

This is an opportunity to work for one of the UK's most prominent consulting, digital services, and software businesses.

Job responsibilities:

Leading a team of over 30 change professionals across the UK and Globally
Drive the interpretation and consistency of processes & procedures across the business ensuring there are clear and defined Roles & Responsibilities across the wider functions
Provide strong leadership and direction in a matrix management structure to ensure successful delivery
Operate a continual service improvement mentality across Service Management with a focus on improved digitalisation and automation of the change management processes
Partner with key stakeholders such as Tooling in Operations to ensure great quality in class and provide clear requirements for future tooling requirements
Ensure clearly defined Change Advisory boards are in place with appropriate Terms of Reference and clear accountability and RACIs in place
Strong and visible leader for your team ensuring a robust people strategy is in place to develop and increase engagement with the team
Experience of managing Change Management for multiple clients and sectors
Experience of management experience where you have led a function or capability
Managed a team of over 25 people
Excellent understanding of ITIL (V3 or V4)
A recognised communicator able to coordinate with the Senior Leadership Team and Stakeholders
