LOCAL MILTON KEYNES OFFICE BASED


We are looking for a pro-active Admin Asssitant to join our small team in Old Wolverton to assist with reducing workload for the managing director.


THE HOURS AND DAYS ARE NEGOTIABLE.
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing payroll reports
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager.

Salary:
£12.50-£15.00 per hour
