You will be working Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, it will include 1 in 3 Saturday on a rota basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all customers experience a smooth delivery process
  • You will be responsible in answering telephone calls as well as responding to queries sent through the online support ticket system
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
  • Handle delivery complaints through various channels of communication
  • Liaising with colleagues internally and delivery drivers to ensure an accurate ETA is provided to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by truly listening and empathising with the customer, while also taking ownership
  • Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers with a 'can do attitude'

About you:


  • Experience in customer service is a must
  • Be empathetic and a problem solver
  • Confident IT Skills able to navigate through various computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility towards working hours as overtime may be required on some days
  • Positive attitude towards work
