Blair West is working in partnership with NTG as they look to add an FP&A Lead in a newly-created position.

This is a challenging role reporting into the Group FD with an opportunity to really showcase your FP&A skills in a growing group of businesses.

The opportunity:

Take responsibility for the quality and maintenance of ERP data;
Be an ERP super user across the group, and lead on all aspects of BI
Work with the Group FD on improving financial modelling for budgets, forecasts and acquisition business cases;
Work with the FD on automating monthly management accounts, consolidations and analysis for board reporting;
Work with operational teams across the group to supply data which will drive efficiency improvements;
Lead on the financial integration of new businesses, and take responsibility (with local finance resource) for delivering timely and accurate monthly reporting, with a particular emphasis on the integrity of the balance sheet;
Support the business Finance Managers as required;
Other ad hoc projects
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
Experience with BI packages (eg Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
Advanced Excel skills.
Extensive ERP system knowledge in current role.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to communicate finance issues clearly to nonfinance staff.
Experience in providing financial analysis and commentary to inform business decisionmaking.
Experience in financial practices (systems, processes and reporting) in a range of organisations.
