Description
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's (BDCFT's) Patient Safety, Quality Compliance and Risk functions are comprised of four teams with distinct but inter-related functions - the Quality and Compliance team; the Patient Safety Incident Response Team, the Patient Advice and Complaints (PAC) Team and the Risk and Incident Management Team.
The functions are required to set the strategic direction for patient safety, to deliver on reactive and proactive aspects of patient safety improvement work and to deliver education and training to enable and support front line staff to keep patients and staff safer.
