The main duties of an Operations Coordinator would be to assist with the management of the Head Office customer orders, logistics and warehouse activities.
In this position, you will contribute to an administrative capacity by assisting the Supply Chain and Warehouse teams process orders to meet customer's requirements and deadlines.
***Job description:
- Work closely with Supply Chain to understand customer logístical and fulfilment requirements.
- Assist with processing customer orders.
- Input and maintain order details into ERP system.
- Coordinating the Warehouse team what orders need to be processed and when, providing them with the customer specifications.
- Arrange bookings with Haulers/Courier and manage Inter Warehouse Transfers.
- Explore pallet rate options to obtain the best possible prices.
Key Skills:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Previous Supply Chain and/or Warehouse experience is required.
- Reach Truck License would be desirable.
