Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Drafting documents
  • Dealing with client enquiries and third parties
  • Ad Hoc duties
  • Carrying out searches
  • Opening files and submitting care documents
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Work well on own initiative
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Minimum 12 months experience working within a conveyancing department
