Admin operations controller required to work in our Loughton office in the Loughton Business Centre, Langston Road, Loughton, IG10 3SD
The Role Involves
Booking work for technicians out in the field
Updating systems with necessary information
Running their diaries
Dealing with client complaints/problems
Stock control /ordering/maintaining
Dealing with surveyors work and issues
What We Are Looking For
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of computer basics ie; outlook, word and excel
Good client liason
Be able to work in a team
Full training will be given.
Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
