Business Development Manager

25K-35K Salary DOE + Bonus

Full time working from home outside of occasional travel for meetings.

Initial maternity cover with the opportunity for a permanent placement.

A Glasgow based creative industry are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in events, conferences, or exhibitions to join their team.

If you have:

A driven and sociable attitude.
Experience in slow burner sales in events, conferences, or exhibitions.
Good commercial acumen
3 years' sales experience
The ability to collaborate with creative organisations to fulfil their exhibition ideas.

Your new role will consist of:

Generating new business/leads in line with agreed targets.
Client management and customer service.
Researching the market and related products.
Managing relationships with key accounts.
Face to face networking at exhibitions across the UK and down the line, in Europe.
Keeping accurate records in the CRM system.
Managing your pipeline successfully.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in events, conferences or exhibitions and a talent for relationship building however, a cracking personality and sales experience trumps all.
