Description

We are looking for Assistant Early Years Practitioners who can work to a high standard, extending children's learning through a variety of interesting play based activities.

You will provide cover support for the care of a group of children, ensure the indoor and outdoor environment is stimulating and welcoming and provide practical and domestic support in the upkeep of the nursery whilst maintaining excellent relationships with parents and children.

You will work collaboratively as an effective team player.

You will need to have a minimum Level 2 qualification (or commitment to working towards within the first 3 months) as defined by the Department for Education on the Early Years Qualifications List and Ofsted Welfare Requirements or equivalent along with previous childcare experience and sound knowledge of the EYFS.

The key attributes required for this role are a strong customer focus, the ability to relate well to others, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
